At Human Motor Works, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Our consultative approach to customer service helps make sure you’re making a great choice. If you’re not satisfied, we’d like to make things right. After all, we’re all out on this trail together.
With that in mind, we have a simple, generous return and exchange policy. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt, and be returned to Human Motor Works within 15 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on clearance items. (Sale items, however, can be exchanged or returned, for the sale price.)
SHOES: Shoes may be returned or exchanged—for any reason—within 15 days of purchase, and must include the original box. After 15 days, only defective shoes may be returned.
BICYCLES: Bicycles may be returned within 15 days of purchase. The bicycle must be in new condition, with all original packaging, manuals and accessories. Bicycles may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Please note, we cannot offer returns on "special order" bicycles.
APPAREL & ACCESSORIES: Apparel and accessories that have not been used may be returned within 15 days of purchase, and must include all original tags and packaging. After 15 days, only defective items may be returned. Human Motor Works is unable to accept returns on cycling shorts, eyewear, swimwear, water bottles / hydration packs, and nutrition / supplements.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If a product you have purchased appears to be defective, we will offer an exchange or store credit within 90 days of original purchase. If you are unsure if your product is defective, we invite you to bring it to Human Motor Works so our team can evaluate the item for you.
